Clarksville Family Visit
My fiance and I flew into Nashville and stayed here in a non-smoking room during our visit to Clarksville. The Ramada Inn was a little tricky to locate in the dark, but the price was right, the AC worked, the free Wi-Fi worked, there was a small refrigerator and suit case holder, with a nice bath tub/shower and they have plenty of free open (non-secured) parking. The Ramada Inn is located off of Wilma Rudolph Road but it is easy to confuse the main entrance with a business right next to it so when you turn off Wilma Rudolph Road, slow down and pay attention to the entrance signs. The other positive thing about this location is that it is very easy to locate the main interstate which runs through Clarksville and Wilma Rudolph Road is a main exit. When you exit Wilma Rudolph Road onto Kennedy Lane, you're going to turn onto Kennedy Lane, the hotel entrance is on your SECOND left, not the first driveway. The entrance is not very well labeled so slow down as to not miss it, especially at night. The street address is 3100 Wilma Rudolph Road but it's technically entered via Kennedy Lane, which is a tiny street. The swimming pool is very tiny, and off to the side so don't expect any lounging areas/scenic views from the pool. I would recommend bringing your own personal hygiene items. The amount of shampoo/body wash you get is not much, we went through more towels than they provided (but the staff didn't complain). The blow dryer worked great. There's a coffee/tea maker in each room. There are tons of fast food restaurants within walking/driving distance as well as gas stations. The staff's English isn't perfect, but the receptionist's English was great. The staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. There's also a cute little free breakfast with fruit, oatmeal and coffee. I lost my key several times and they replaced it without a hassle. The ONLY downfall in my opinion is there is not any privacy if you wish to open your door for a breeze or to go out to smoke. The rooms are wall-to-wall and so are the hotel doors. The hotel did not appear over capacity and we intend on staying here again in August.

Hotel Stay
We were only in town for one night so overall it served our purpose and needs. The bathroom walls needed to be repaired. Plaster peeling and dirty by floor molding. Everything else was okay. Continetal breakfast was good. Desk clerk was very friendly. If we ever have to go back we probably would stay there.

Surely
problematic
Room with reasonable amenities, replenished daily by staff and cleaned daily, clean towels. Uses regular metal key, sometimes unable to easily remove from lock after use, roof leaked when rains, no outlets near bed for cell phone recharge, couch with broken back. Sometimes room was smoked in during my absence.

Great Location, Great staff, A++
I was in town for Work, and had stayed across the street at another location last year. I decided to try a new place, as the previous was not exactly optimal. Anyway, I couldnt have been more happy with my stay. The bed was very comfortable, amenities were great, and the staff was both friendly and on top of their jobs!Thanks Ramada and [...]!

Superunintelligible
The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in
This was an unbelievably terrible experience. I was scheduled to stay 6 nights but demanded a refund after the first night. First, we were put into a room that had not been cleaned. There was no refrigerator or microwave as they had told us there would be. There were white stains on the comforters and bedsheets. Obviosuly someone made the bed but tried to hide the unclean sheets. There were sunflower seed shells and old Corn-nuts on the ground around the beds. It was disgusting. There was no toilet paper. The front desk told us to come down and get some if we needed it. Really? We have to walk down and get toilet paper? We told the front desk about all the problems and they finally offered to move us into another room. We moved into a room that was poolside that was supposed to be non-smoking. As soon as we walked in, the disgusting smell of a cigarette-saturated room blasted us in the face, even though there was a big non-smoking room sign sitting on the dresser. I was in the room five seconds before walking back down to the office to tell them about it. The staff was rude when I told them about the room and said there wasn't anything they could do about it except move us into another room. I know this hotel is only rated as two-stars, but "two-stars" does NOT mean you get to expect unclean, disgusting rooms and terrible service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

If you have to stay in Clarksville for some unfortunate reason, make sure you stay in AT LEAST a three-star hotel.
