Econo Lodge & Suites

My family and I were treated very badly at This Econo-lodge, located at 3065 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Clarksville ,Tennessee. The management treatd us so bad that part of my family went across the street and rented rooms. The manager told me I could go somewhere else and rent a room if I did not like his hotel. The indoor swimming pool was freezing cold, refridgerator did not work, the lamp shades and table were all busted up, cob webs in corners,air conditioners smelled musty, had to up front to ask if they would turn on air in rooms.Window was so dirty you could not see out of it.There was a big fight in one of the rooms and people were slamming doors and yelling in the hall ways. This went on for about an hour before someone finally called the police. I would never go back or I would never recomend this Econo-Lodge to anyone.

The pool wasnt heated, full of bugs. Carpet was filthy. the room wasnt clean. The exersise room was blocked off. The cable was poor. The neighbors were drunk and noisy. windows were dirty. Bathroom tub was stained and the tiles were greasy. all over horrible hotel, we canceled our trip and left a day early.

We ended up without a hotel room and had to find a much more expensive room somewhere else because the counter clerk refused to give us a room on the ground floor. My disabled elderly parents cannot climb stairs and we couldn't stay at the hotel because the clerk refused to give us Americans with Disabilities Act legally required accommodations. He was rude and unhelpful.

There was a problem at check in. Clerk had entered my guest name on my credit card. The card belonged to me and not my guest. I was told if I had called the direct telephone number to Econo Lodge and made reservations the price would have been $48 dollars instead of the $63.88 that was charged to my card. It took him awhile to finally say my credit card had already been charged with the $63.88. I have made reservations lots of times this way and never had a problem before. I had a hard time understanding his accent. The room was clean but two lamps by the bed did not work. We got there late and left early.

the beds were like sleeping on concrete slabs, the breakfast was bad, ask for a non smoking they put us in a smoking until i complained. will not ever go back there again.

Rpooms are old moldy bathrooms, long black hair in the pillow case and around bed heater did not work, front desk person would not cancel and offer a refund[...]

Never again! Trying to save money. Hotel had 2 ice machines in hallway but neither worked or were plugged in. Front desk had a small bag of ice she tried to use to make me happy. My wife complained of something biting her feet while in bed. Found several spiders in sheets. Non smoking room smelled of smoke and was very musty. Crack at bottom of door was so big that any bugs or critters would have no problem getting in. Pay the extra $20 and go to one of the other local hotels!

Over half of staff was rude , was under the impression had a indoor swimming pool it was closed, room was dirty and bed looked like it was just made after prev. person

i was in need of a shower and a warm bed and i found what i was looking for.. it was not an extraordinary experience, but it was what i paid for and wanted.
