Very Busy Weekend
Our room was very nice and the location is great, just a few blocks from the river front and Tennessee Aquarium. We were in town for the girl's state soccer tournament. There was also a high school and college rowing/crewing competition on the river front so the hotel was completely full. The staff was very nice and our stay was quite comfortable.

Great Girls' Weekend!
Hotel is beautiful. Located within walking distance to IMAX/Aquarium, DUCKS, museums, markets and great restaurants. Free shuttle was very convenient. Valet parking was very prompt and courteous. Front desk clerks were very courteous and hellpful with directions to different areas around town. They even called to see if our luggage was delievered to our room promptly. Maid service was great. The beds and pillows were the best! I will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were just the two of us, but we were happy at the Sheraton.
We were very pleasantly upgraded to a suite and it was very nice. The location was great. We had breakfast at the restaurant the morning we left and the food was excellent. My husband thought the grits were the best he'd ever had. The service was a little slow, but we were not in a hurry, so we didn't get upset. We would recommend The Sheraton to our friends and family.

we had a wonderful time at the read hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and the service couldn't have been better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We were next to the free bus route that took us down to the aquarium and Imax. We were able to walk around, get something to eat, and still be within all the places we wanted to visit. The only thing at the hotel was we wanted to sleep in but couldn't because the maids cleaning the other rooms kept slamming the room doors as they were cleaning them., otherwise every thing was great and will go again.

5 Stars, Hands Down
My mother, sister, and I traveled to Chattanooga for a weekend girls' trip [...]he front desk staff couldn't have been nicer and immediately set us up in a preferred guest suite while their excellent valet service brought our luggage up to us. Whenever we go downstairs to get coffee from the Starbucks in the hotel, to enjoy steak from the steakhouse in the restaurant, or to go see sights in the city, the staff is always asking us how we are and how they can help us. The rooms are exceptionally clean; all the facilities are up to date; and there is a free electric shuttle that will take you anywhere you need to go. If you are staying in Chattanooga for any reason, you will be hard-pressed to find a better hotel than this one.

Read House review
Hotel has a great location to downtown and all the activities and sights.Really enjoyed seeing The Beach Boys center stage at Riverbend! AC needs improvement in the hotel rooms, and the maid did not honor our request for more towels. Parking is valet only which is pricey over a 3 day period. Loved Chattanooga!
