Great stay!!
The staff was great, very friendly. Inside pool an added plus. Close to shopping and other attractions. Rooms were clean not smelly. Not enough pool towels, need more pillows. Will stay again!!

This hotel is just ok
When we checked in the clerk gave us a room with a man already in it. Scared the poor fellow. We were then moved upstairs. There was no elevator and we were stying for 4 nights so it was not pleasant hauling all of our stuff up the stairs. The stair area was nasty and needed a facelift. The pool was dirty. The room was ok. It seemed reletively clean. Breakfast was ok. I don't think I would go back.

Not impressed...again...
Could have done better
The motel was ok, like many others. I had two rooms; one had a bad heater that made loud noises and could not be turned off. Barking dogs in the room across the hall. Dirty walls needed repainting, and the appliances needed updating. But I would compare this to many others...when you don't want to spend much, you don't get much! Like usual, our "non-smoking" rooms smelled like dirty ashtrays.

Don't book on line in Chattanooga! Wait until you get there and you can usually find many lower priced cheap motels. They are everywhere! ALSO, Don't waste money on the Incline Railway...a very boring slow drag up the side of a mountain and nothing to do at the top but get in line to ride back down. Only the cable breaking would have made this ride fun!

Good Value
Whole family thought the beds were comfortable and we all slept soundly. Waffles for breakfast hit the spot, but the rest of the stuff was not replenished even though there was 1.5 hours left for breakfast. Good value for what we paid!

Super 8 Chattanooga
I booked a room with fridge and microwave. The room I was put in had neither even though they advertise All rooms do. When I inquired, they told me that they didn't have any more non smoking room with those items. Even though i was in a non smoking room even though I had booked a smoking room. I will never stay in a Super 8 motel again nor will I use Orbitz again.

BAD BAD BAD
The room smelled like someone was smoking pot in the room. They also didnt give us enought pillows or towel and when I asked for more they said they "didnt have any clean". And the provied breakfest but put it away at 9am not allow us enough time to eat or get any food at all. I Will never stay at this hotel or it's chain ever again.
