Microtel
The service was good but the hotel it self wasn't so good. The first room I got wouldn't lock from the inside and it looked run down. The second room I got was run down and the air conditioner didn't work till you turned it all the way down. I asked for a smoking room and didn't get it. Overall my stay here was not the best. I felt uncomfortable and out of place here. If I stay here again I will have to look the whole room over before I decided to stay or not.

Horrible
This place is a nightmare there are bed begs both my children and I were bit. The room was not clean there are burn holes in the blankets. Its very noisey so if you're on a business trip looking for a quite place to sleep for a night this is not it. Also they do not refund you your money they tell you the manager will get back to you but instead she has her employees call you to do her dirty work.

Adequate
It was about what you'd expect from a two-star place. The interior is VERY dated. The hall carpets were water-stained, the baseboards were scuffed and coming loose, and in our room there was a large iron-shaped spot burned into the carpet. The bedding was supericially clean, but dingy looking and there were a couple of spots on the top sheet. The shower mat had holes in it and the tub didn't drain properly. The walls are EXTREMELY thin; we were able to hear conversations in all the rooms around us. I was suprised to see that the room had a flat screen tv, but the picture was terrible. I recommend only if you're looking for a quick pit-stop. I don't recommend for an extended stay or if travelling with children.

not what I expected
While our room was clean and fairly well maintained, it was much older and smaller than I had anticipated based on the pictures. The staff was helpful and put up with our rowdy group so I have no major complaints. Just don't expect too much.

Not a good experience
This stay was not worth the money charged. The room was not even close to what was on the picture. The staff was very rude also. The shower in my room was like a waterfall in my room and the drainage system was not good at all because the water was backing up on my feet. I was literally taking a shower and bath by the end. AND at one point, the shower head came off while I was trying to adjust the stream of the water and water sprayed me in the head. The fixtures and the furniture looked secondhand and dated. I was in a room with 2 queen beds and paid $80. I don't think they should have charged anything over $50! HORRIBLE!!

Quiet, comfortable
The tucked-away location has the advantage of being blocked from the noise of Shallowford Road and the interstate--better than other places I've stayed. Staff was efficient and friendly. Bed comfortable. Heater a little noisy but nothing out of the ordinary. A comfortable room at a good value.

Could've done better
I could have gotten a better price by booking with the hotel directly. Pretty good location, although twenty minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Overall stay was okay.

its cheap
You get a fridge and a microwave and a tiny breakfast which is nice. The room is mostly clean and the staff agreeable However if you're a business traveler and expect more than a place to sleep, this is not your place. also if you do not smoke and dont want the smell of smoke wafting into your room even if you are on the non smoking floor, this is not your place. This is a relatively clean, tiny, lay your head down hotel.

Good value
The hotel is an inexpensive budget hotel. Caulking around the room heater was inadequate - you could feel slight cold air coming through. The room was small but adequate. The continental breakfast was good - our grandson enjoyed making his own waffle. Our only complaint was noisy neighbors who spoke loudly until late into the night, but noisy neighbors can occur anywhere. It was fine for 1 night and a good value but we would not stay for an extended time.
