My bed was broke
We stayed here in 2011 and everything was great. Again the same great service the front desk manager was soooooo nice he even made my daughter and I ice cold lemonade. When we got up to our room everything was very clean and nice. However the only thing that was wrong was my bed was broke. It was not a big deal to me at all I really didn't care b/c i just slept on the other side. The only thing that disappoints me is that I know the cleaning staff has seen this bed. It's hard not to notice the slump on one side. So it should have been a closed room and no one should be using it until they fix it. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and offered to switch my room but it was so late my daughter and I didn't want to bother. The breakfast was great, and for them allowing dogs the hotel was super clean. I will stay again if the price is right. :)

A very mixed experience
My husband, two dogs, and I arrived late on a Friday night for a two night stay. We were given the last room in the hotel, which was an ADA room on the bottom floor, right next to the outside door. The room was small and cramped, so that the queen sized bed barely fit with the nightstands; I can't imagine maneuvering around in there with a walker or a wheelchair. The bathroom, however, was spacious, and the shower had terrific water pressure. Overall the room was clean, but extremely worn, tired, dingy, and a little depressing. The worst part, however, was the door to the outside, which banged shut ALL NIGHT LONG. Drunk, loud partiers came and went at all hours. This continued the next morning as other lodgers were checking out, and then when housekeeping came around to clean the other rooms. We literally got NO sleep and had to cancel our planned trip to the aquarium because we were too exhausted. I did ask for and was granted a room change (more on that below). The next room was so much better that you literally would not have even known you were in the same hotel. It was updated, in good repair (just slightly worn), clean, and spacious. It was also QUIET, and we were finally able to take a good long nap on Saturday afternoon. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, with a few caveats: when I asked for an extra pillow, none were to be had. When we asked for a room change, we had to pack up all of our luggage and put it in our car, then checkout, wait around outside with our dogs while they cleaned a new room for us, and then check back in. Because of the entire loud room/room changing experience, we lost an entire day of what was supposed to be recreation in Chattanooga. Finally, we had planned to use the pool, but it was closed and we were not advised of this when we booked our room. All in all I would probably stay here again if the price was extremely good and if I didn't have to stay in an ADA room.

Excellent Experience
The room was very neat and tidy. Everyday the house keeping department would make sure the room was in great shape. The receptionists were very helpful and provided all day to day needs and were polite enough to guide me to near by places, restaurants, pubs etc. Overall from the morning breakfast to night time bed, pillows were awesome. Wonderful experience.

Great Deal for the Business Traveler
Only stayed one night, but found the room to be very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality was pretty good. I've already booked another stay for a return trip in two weeks.

Excellent value with clean comfortable room great breakfast
All of the staff were both friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the room for the rate. I have often paid double for what we received here. Breakfast was very good with fresh waffles and many other choices. I'd definately stay again and recommend it to friends.

Great place
I stayed here on a trip to interview at the hospital. It was very close and I had a nice big room. It was nice and updated. To be honest it was one of the nicer LaQuintas that I have stayed at.

Good Place To Stay
This La Quinta was a very good place to stay. It was close to I-24, and it was easily accessible. I had a little trouble finding it at night on a late arrival, but the gave me good directions over the phone to guide me to the hotel. The building was clean and bright inside, and seemed to be fairly recently updated. My room was comfortable and serviced me well. One of the amenities that I really enjoyed was the breakfast they prepared. What a spread! I'll stay here again!

Excellent value for the money/location
We 3 "girls"were very happy with the location, room, friendly staff, EXCELLENT breakfast and the afternoon chocolate cookies were to die forwhen we checked in Friday. Someone mentioned the less then desirable neighborhood, and while not the best out was not as bad as they made it sound. The location to everything we did was great. We will definetly recommend it. The breakfast that was available saved us from buying lunch.

Unless you like snooty rich person food, I would avoid 212 Market Cafe.
