Stay Away!
I will say it in simple words; this hotel should be scheduled for demolition. The carpet smells badly, and the strong odor became worst each time the A/C activated through the night. The bathroom has black mold at the shower edges and at the wall behind the toilet. Bottom line; this place presents a health risk, but especially for anyone with respiratory disease. We are very disappointed with La Quinta, and how they have dropped their guard so low in the franchise. From the five hotels we stayed on this trip, this was our only, and worst nightmare.

nice for a stop through town
It's a perfectly fine hotel. It's not a "resort", but it doesn't have to be. It's near the middle of everything. The staff was professional and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool that we didn't have the chance to explore, but it's in a courtyard of the hotel, so it's not like it's out in the middle of everything. We had a nice time

decent budget friendly hotel
A decent, average hotel. Perfect for road travel but I don't think I would vacation at this hotel. It is getting older but it was pretty clean. We were just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and shower on our way to Florida and this hotel was good for that purpose..

Very nice for the price
This is a clean and well managed hotel. I was able to check in right away without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork. I was simply handed my keys. The room was very clean and kept up. I stayed for 2 nights and when I came back in from a long day it was clean again and reset up. They also had brand new H D TV's which was very nice, Coffee in the room, plenty of clean fresh towels. And a very large closet with an iron and board so that I could re-iron my shirts. I would give this hotel a great ratting.

A rainy night in Chattanooga
La Quinta Inn is located away from traffic and noise, but close to major freeways. It is within a mile of a fabulous mall and several other shopping areas. The full breakfast was good and the staff presented Southern hospitality. The rooms are a little noisy through the walls, and could have used a little better housekeeping. Some of the facility could use a face-lift. The value was acceptable.

Don't Stay Here!!!
This was the worst place I have ever stayed. First of all, I booked a two double bed room and got one very small double bed. I was told they had nothing else for us. Then, I couldn't contact the front office because the phone didn't work. Also, after 2 flushes, the toilet stopped working and, when I went to check out in the morning, and informed the workers of the condition of the room, they said there was nothing they could do about it. What a rip-off. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, even if it was free.

Waffle House across the street was WONDERFUL! The ladies were talking and laughing, yet still working at a fast pace and didn't mess up one thing. Everyone should have that kind of attitude and treatment of their customers at their jobs.
