Great Hotel
This was my first stay at this location. Hotel is very new and modern. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotless. I definitely would stay at this hotel again for future travel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I gave room comfort only 3 because of the fact that the room was fairly small.

Great one night stay

excellent stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of an anniversary trip and we were very satisfied with this hotel. VERY convenient (less than 10 minutes) to Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railroad and the downtown attractions like the Aquarium. The hotel room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was very filling (they have waffle makers-yay!) and the staff was very friendly and helpful with dining suggestions and directions.
