Country Hearth...America's Best Chat
The lobby was under construction but we were understanding about the mess. The continental breakfast only had a portion of was claimed to be offerred. The room was clean, but the shower was messed up. There was water under the tub that gushed out on the floor and my clothing when I stepped in. When I took my complaint to the desk clerk and manager, they refused to discount my stay. I asked for alternative accommodations and they would not allow us another room to shower before our check out time an hour later. I was not pleased with the condition of the shower, nor how the management dealt with it. I will not be using Country Hearth or America's Best.
