Days Inn Chattanooga Airport

Stayed here 3 nights after staying somewhere else for one night that was much worse. Our room was clean and comfortable but they didnt come to our room and clean it while we were gone for the day. We came back and had to go to the guest services to get clean towels. They apploogized and said they ran out of towels and they didnt know what happened, and our room didnt get cleaned because the housekeepers left early that day. What kind of hotel lets their housekeepers go home early when all the rooms havent been cleaned? Also, the free breakfast was a joke, nothing left by 8:30, and it was just muffins and cereal. Overall decent hotel, got a good deal and it was clean and comfortable.

We were so disappointed that there was no shampoo, no conditer, no soap, no coffee,no iron, no treadmill, and best yet, no towels. They promised to get us some but never did. The help didnt clean up until evening time. Our room ac was fine the hotel itself was very hot. Seems like there were trying to take short cuts everywhere. No one enforced the pool, so there was lots of jumping and diving and it was just out of control. We will never go back.

Not a great place..outside was dirty, loud after 11pm.

Stayed for business. No wifi access on the first floor... Kinda made it tough to work out of my room at the end of the day... Room wasn't bad... But a little room updating wouldn't hurt. If your wanting to do stuff down town... Not a good choice. If you want shopping.. This is the one

Very nice the best was very nice too.only thing was they could of had a better breakfast.

The room was sufficient for sleeping however, there were kids/young adults partying outside our room in the parking lot until after midnight. We were on the first floor. This was extremeley annoying. The saying goes, "you get what you pay for"...

Chose this hotel for the indoor pool which wasn't worth the stay. Got in and out within 2 minutes because it smelled like mildew. If we knew the pool wasn't worth it, we would have stayed closer to the aquarium. Guest service was nice. Beds were OK. Rooms were nice; looked recently updated.

I would recommend this motel if you want a pool...the indoor pool area is very nice and clean, I saw a pool maintainance van pull up the next morning as I was leaving. The upstairs rooms open on an inside hallway with stairs on each end and in the middle. The room was nice for an older motel and the bed was clean and confortable and the continental breakfast OK.

The room seemed like it was brand new. It was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable and afforded a great night's sleep. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the interstate. It was surrounded by other motels and businesses, so we felt safe staying there.

Although it was in the part of town with the rundown motels, it had rooms that actually were newly renovated as they advertised. They had prices like a cheap motel but the quality of a great hotel. Clean and tidy. Awesome stay.
