Good value for the location
This hotel was a great value for the location. We really liked that it was right in town and close to a free trolley stop. Although they did not offer a free breakfast the diner attached to the hotel offered good food at a fair price. The selection was huge and they give hotel guests a 10% discount. Having free wifi was a definite plus when it came to amenities and the staff were very nice and helpful. I guess that the drawbacks are that it is a older hotel that was showing its wear. While everything was clean there was a small rip in the comforter and the entertainment center had a crack on one side of the wood. Additionally the bathroom seemed very outdated. The room itself also seemed to be poorly sound proofed but it only got loud a couple of times while we were there. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night but probably not somewhere that you would want to stay for a long time or on a romantic trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed The Terminal Brewhouse for dinner. The food was great , the building itself was very cool, and it had a dedicated free parking lot.

BAD, PRETTY BAD
well, from outside don"t look to appropiate, I found people drunk in the elevator, outside of the rooms, the bed had blood all over, I did not like it, next time i have to check very careful what hotel I chose, this time it was not a good option. I don't think this hotel deserve two stars.

Girls weekend
Disappointed no free breakfast. When checking in the front desk agent was on the phone with another customer the whole time. Room was cleaned however no clean washcloths were left and when we called to request more I was told we would have to go down and get them ourselves. Also we had a view of a ladder leaned against the window on the top of the roof with the a/c unit. We have stayed at better hotels with better service for much cheaper. Other than the location and free city shuttle there is not much else that was good. We were put in a room right by the ice machine and the elevator. Kids were yelling and running up and down the halls early in the morning etc

Great location! Room is decent
The location is phenomenal. It is only a mile away from the Tennessee Aquarium. Since parking cost money downtown, we just parked at the hotel and walked. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on Broad St and Market St. The staff was friendly. There was an on-site lounge with $5 pitchers of draft beer. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Staff!
We came for the aquarium and it was a perfect spot to stay. We were right on the free shuttle route! The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They even let us keep our car parked there the whole day after we had checked out so we wouldn't have to worry about finding parking at the aquarium. Very nice for the money and will stay there again.

Right at the edge of the parking lot for the hotel a free shuttle will pick you up and take you the aquarium or other various places downtown. Saves big money on parking your vehicle.

The room was ok. However I booked a Kingsize bed. When we arrived it was 2 beds. So we slept in separate beds on our anniversary. We weren't very happy about that.

never stay at this location!
They have a bar attached to the rental office, loud music all night, drunk loud people outside. With the walls being paper thin and our neighbors being drunk, we were not able to sleep. It didn't quiet down till about 2am. I would never recommend this location unless you'd like a bar close to your room.

Great Affordable stay!
This hotel puts you right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. 24 hr dining on site, safe, free parking, and excellent, prompt staff. The hotel is inexpensive so it had minimal amenities, but so worth the price! We had more money in the budget to do other things on our mini getaway!
