WE WAS WANTING AN INDOOR HEATED POOL FOR OUR KIDS, AND UNDER AMENITIES IT SAID THERE WAS A INDOOR HEATED POOL, BUT GUESS WHAT, THE INDOOR POOL TURNED OUT TO BE A WHIRLPOOL. OUR KIDS WERE SO DISAPPOINTED AS WERE WE. FELT LIKE WE WERE TRICKED.

Nice hotel but bring your own pillows
Hotel was clean and updated right in the middle of all kinds of shopping and restaurants just outside of downtown chattanooga. The TV was flat panel with a nice clear picture and the shower perfect. The only complaint I have is the bed was too soft and the pillows provided were to soft. It was like sleeping with a wad of t-shirts trying to get some support. Because of this I didn't sleep at all both nights.

"Great area, it has everything"
Just a Weekend visit. A good location to drive right into and not hunt for the location. This facility was a lot better than other places we have stayed at on short notice trips.The staff was very nice and did all they could to make our stay fabulous.

[...] the breakfast was included as a bonus. I would not have paid $ 9.00 for this breakfast buffet. Normally this kind of breakfast would be for free at any other hotel chain.The staff was very friendly and helpful. But I did not feel that the hotel lived up to the Marriott standards.

The hotel staff was courteous and the hotel was clean and quiet. They had recently been renovated but for a two floor hotel, they did not have an elevator. The location was the best. It is near a mall and a lot of restaurants.

The location was the best. It was near a lot of good restaurants and the mall. Plus, it wasn't far from the downtown attractions.

Worst internet connectivity on the plane
It was ok except for the absolutely unacceptable internet connectivity. This day in age people COUNT on being able to use the high-speed net. It won't happen at this hotel. I'll never stay there again until I'm convinced that this has been resolved.

Overnight traveler
"ok" not the best, not the worst
The hotel was ok. The room smelled musty and the next morning the hot water was gone. Overall it was ok for the money.
