Very nice front desk staff, lots of deferred maintenance
We encountered thoughtful staff throughout our stay. And our king size bed was comfortable. But oh my, the condition of this hotel is so poor due to lack of regular maintenance and haphazard repairs. The bathroom door hit the curved shower bar so that the door opened part way. The hardwired hairdryer was pulled off the wall. The desk table legs wobbled dangerously. Drapery hooks were unattached causing the panel to sag badly. Soapy looking bubbles on the water's surface made the pool look unappealing.

it was an ok trip, good for a 2 day stay, would ot have wanted to stay there any longer, outdated rooms.

LOOKING TO SAVE $$$$
The hotel was clean, and quite peaceful. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. The hotel needed several repairs, but you are there to sleep right. As for location you are only blocks from down town, and it will save you at least a hundred dollars.

chili's down town has 2 for 1 drink specials and good food. From there you can walk to several other clubs and entertainment venues.

Dad and Mom in TN
The good and the bad of it
We went for a famliy get away to see the sites with the kids. It was just down the rd from everything. The staff was very nice even offered my 6 year old the room key to keep. The pool was lots of fun for the kids and was open late. The only issue we had was the fact that there was mold growing in the bathroom. The room size was wonderful we loved the little sofa. Overall we would go again

GREAT HOTEL
THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS GREAT. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AS FAR AS BEING NEAR ALL OF THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS, HOWEVER, IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET TO BECAUSE OF THE ONE WAY STREETS.

Staff was accommodating and location
Rooms in need of some updates. A/C unit was unsanitary, periodically releasing lint and other particles. Front desk staff was extremely accommodating. 1st room, bathroom was not clean. We were moved with no problem. Lighting was limited in rooms, therefore, did not noticed that carpet hadn't been thoroughly vacummed in 2nd room, until the next morning. The location is great, area is not the best, however, felt safe overall.
