Great Hotel and Staff
I stay at this property when I am in Nashville about once a month. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the location is great as it is not in downtown but convient at 10 minutes out. They have a nice breakfast and a small coffee and adult beverage bar that includes excellent chicken wings!

Great Over - nighter!
Upon arrival, I needed directions to a local shop. The desk clerk looked it up and printed a map! When I returned, I checked into a suite like room. The space was used fantastically. Huge T.V., which swiveled to accomodate bed watching, and relaxing on the couch. Wet bar area, great desk. All for a price offered by economy hotels. P.S. : The free breakfast was great. Hot and cold selections. I would return!

Great Room, TINY Bathroom!
For the price and size of the bedroom and lounging area, this was a great value. However, the bathroom is literally 6x6ft and the area which isn't either the shower or the toilet is about 2x3ft. We're talking small... realllly small. The sink is located outside the bathroom. They should have included the sink with the shower and toilet and made it one big bathroom. Lots of wasted space.

great place at a great price
I really like Hyatt hotels. This one was in a decent location so I didn't have to travel far to get to where I needed to go. It was clean and it was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Taking daughter to college
The price was right and it fit our needs okay. The bathroom was VERY tiny and the clerk told us we had 2 queen beds when really they were doubles. The staff were NOT friendly, in fact some were quite rude. But the room did have great electronic hook-ups. It was fine and we would stay there again because of the price.

Surprisingly Refreshing!
This was the second stay in a hotel during a trip to West Virginia and I was very uneasy about booking a hotel room... but I have to say... I was very pleased!! The room was clean, smelled nice, and very roomy. Bed was very comfortable! I felt very at ease staying here with my 11 week old daughter. Breakfast was very nice and they had a lot of things to choose from. I felt like I got my moneys worth and MUCH more. I definitely will stay here again!

Short drive from hotel
There is a Waffle House right across the main road that serves a mean omelette! Also, a Panera Bread that's in a shopping center across the street from there that serves a fantastic selection of pasteries and "goodies" during the day.

Could have been better
The hotel had promise. I was impressed with the modern decor in the lobby. However, the more time we spent there the more we realized this was just a bad paint job on an old hotel. (Or it was just poorly maintained.) The elevators were very dirty and the buttons didn't work half the time. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and the doors showed a lot of wear. Our room seemed nice enough until we turned on the AC. It was broken and made such loud noises that we called the manager to get another room. They told me they were sold out but that someone would take a look at it. We went to our event and returned around 11 P.M. To our disappointment the AC was still making an awful racket. It was 95 degrees in Nashville this night and had not cooled off much. Not running the AC was not an option. The manager on duty came up to look at it and informed us that no maintenance staff worked at night so there was nothing she could do. She brought up a small fan from her office for us. I called [...]and they arranged with the manager to refund over half of our room rate so that part was satisfactory. The final insult was the HORRIBLE continental breakfast that was provided. There were 2 loaves of bread, stale biscuits and gravy, cereal and english muffins. There was no protein unless you count the sausage bits in the questionable gravy or the lukewarm yogurt. The "Starbucks" coffee was undrinkable and the buffet was so dirty we were sickened. They offered cooked-to-order meals for 8 or 9 bucks that actually looked decent. I think maybe they made the breakfast gross on purpose so you would buy their made-to-order options.Overall I was disappointed for the money we spent. Avoid this hotel unless you get a really cheap rate. Stay at a Hampton Inn instead! Their breakfast is always awesome no matter which one we stay.
