Great for a family
This is an excellent location on the southern edge of Nashville. Very comfortable rooms and beds that were just firm enough to meet the needs of two troubled backs! The breakfast was excellent as mentioned in other reviews. This is certainly a step above your average roadside hotel. Will make it our regular stopping place on future trips.

Comfy bed and great breakfast!
Friendly staff, very clean hotel throughout, excellent deluxe breakfast (much better than most continental breakfasts). Only downside was my room was a corner room that was about 50 yards from RR tracks, fairly noisy, but tolerable, still slept well. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, nice TV.

Nice accomodations
Holiday Inn has gone to great lengths to upgrade their image. I think they did it too quickly by hiring contractors that did not pay attention to details. The room was lovely, however the unit was a month old and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, many areas were not calked properly, and the lower end appliances are showing dings and scratches. It is ashame that Holiday Inn will need to incur additional maintenance costs as a result of cutting corners in the first place.

So so
We discovered as we were going to bed, that the air conditioner made a horrible clanging noise. We couldn't turn it on because of the noise. The room was stuffy all night and we all got hot during the night. We told the clerk the next morning and he said, oh I could have moved you to another room. Really?? After we were unpacked and ready for bed?? I don't think so.

Holiday Inn Express - Brentwood,Tn.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was okay, but nothing spectacular. Front desk could've been more friendly.
