Extended Stay America Nashville - Brentwood

I had reservations for a non smoking room only to find out that there were none available, only smoking. The clerk offered to ionized the room but the room needed a lot more that that. This was an outside room, paint coming off the door was just the beginning. Finding the walls w filthy, hair in the sink and bathtub, rug dirty was our indicator to get out. We cancelled our reservations with no issue at all. Learned a lesson to stay at better hotels in the future.

Needed a place that was close to downtown without being in downtown. This was great for that. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Not that anything was dirty but there were stains on the floor and unfilled in drill holes in the shower. Just little fixes that would really set the room apart. The room was just more homely than the pictures portrayed but definitely not a bad stay for the price.

Room was clean it was close to fairgrounds would stay there again. Great value.

Booked a non-smoking room, signed paperwork at the desk for a non-smoking room, was given a smoking room. Very disappointed. While the room didn't look visibly dirty, it had a dirty feel to it. The dishes provided were not clean, nor was any dish soap provided. I bought my own and washed what I needed to use. The stairs to the third floor were breaking apart and could be a safety issue. On a positive note, I will say they must have recently updated the mattress as it wasn't all broken down with a big "dent" in the middle. Very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel only because it was so cheap, but you get what you pay for.

had a wonderful stay. Alex, the lady working the front desk was awesome! She helped make our stay so lovely. The bed was comfortable and you couldnt have asked for a better value! We will def go back!

While the staff here are very friendly, the rooms are just as dirty. Expect carpets that are visibly soiled (wear shoes or slippers), lumpy mattresses, dilapidated kitchenettes and bathrooms. Proceed with this reservation with caution, travelers.

I got a lot for a low cost. The kitchenette was a little messy but sanitary (the sink just needed some cleaning). This is a great place for a short term trip and I will be coming back whenever I come back through the area. The pillows were lackluster though (thin and firm but not supportive enough) and there were only two for 2 people. Otherwise everything was great. Highly recommend.

They gave me an occupied room when i checked in at 1:00 am. Yes I opened the door to find individuals laying in bed which was very awkward. How can you make that mistake? Went back the the office to find out nothing else was open. So to fix the problem they had 2 more reservations that night who hadn't shown up yet. Long story short they gave us one of the rooms. I would've even been more upset if I was that person when they showed up in a few hours. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it definately smelled like it was. Overall i think things would have been ok if they would have still had our room open, but instead it just made the whole situation bad when i expect a room at 1 in the morning. Instead I have to stand around an hour to to wait for someone else's reservation who was prolly more upset than I was when they arrived. They couldn't even comp. a night or give me my money back. instead they just gave me a voucher for more bad experiences. Not sure if it will ever be used but I guess I should be thankful they tried something.

I requested and paid for a king sized bed, the bed was not king sized. I also requested nonsmoking and the first room they put us in clearly had been smoked in and they covered it up with some sort of spray. We requested another room and it didn't have a smoky smell but the air deodorizer they used was overwhelming. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to sprays.
