Extended Stay America Nashville - Brentwood

I chose this hotel mainly for its low price for the location I wanted to be in. The room rates for my unit turned out to be $11.50 per night LESS than I had booked with [...].

It was a nice stay except we had to leave a day early due to our mother having emergency open heart surgery in SC. And it would have been nice to get on the ground floor room, but instead had to stay on 3rd floor. I am not handicapped, but have great difficulty climbing stairs. An elevator would have been super!

We were in the area for a family anniversary celebration with others coming from all over the country. We found the Ex Stay America to be a great place, convenient to I65 and all of the venues, The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable and if we chose, we could have used the kitchen facilities. Our main need was for a clean, quiet place to sleep close to the interstate and it was VERY inexpensive. We did not need, nor miss a pool or the crummy hotel breakfast as usually found in chains. We always travel with our own toiletries, so the lack of provided shampoo was no hardship. We would stay there again.

Amenities are outdated. Horrible TV with limited channels. Walls paper thin, hear everything next door.

Looking to relocate to Nashville. Business/Personal. The hotel is just a few streets away from 65, or you can take the secondary roads and get to where you need to go. It is just far enough off the beaten track but not too far away from most anything. I requested a handicap room which is on the bottom floor and was able to park pretty much right in front of my room or adjacent to my room. The room was clean, the decor was nice and room was comfortable. The kitchenette was great to help save a few dollars on eating out. I was able to easily get to a grocery store to pick up some things. Microwave, small stove, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker were great to have. The room even had some dishes and other things, although I brought some of my own stuff just in case. The bathroom was good size and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. There was even information about how to get more towels or request a room cleaning. There was also a small alcove with a few hangers and a shelf in it to put hanging items and other things and a small dresser to store clothing. I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was pretty full, but I was able to sleep well and the drapes or curtains close fully and provide privacy so you do not feel like you are being watched or looked at when people walk by your room. The only thing that I really did not care for was that the doors are heavy and some people were closing them a little hard which was a little noisy...no big deal, and yes you could sometimes hear your neighbors but nothing different than living in an apartment building. All in all it was a good stay.

Convenient from the highway and quiet. Great place to stop on our way to our destination.

1.No one was available for directions. 2.Lobby locked at time of check in and had to wait in the cold. 3.Non-smoking room was a smoke house 4.Sugar caddy had cigarette burn marks and ashes instead of sugar. 5.Shower curtain so long it covered whole bottom of bath and was dangerous. 6.Fire alarm was tested without notice for 11 minutes in the morning. When I called to ask, I was given a snide remark.

I was just right for what we needed. I love having the kitchen in it. make it easy for baskfast and lunch.

For a cheaply priced hotel it more than exceeded my expectations.

An average experience. Room key didn't work, walls are super thin and heard every word of what my neighbor was watching on TV all night. Also, bathroom was all wet, couldn't figure it out until I looked up and saw that the ceiling was all bubbled and dripping. Gross, seriously. Staff, really just a young man, was oblivious... never said thank you or offered to help.
