It's cheap but it isn't worth it to stay here!
I requested and paid for a king sized bed, the bed was not king sized. I also requested nonsmoking and the first room they put us in clearly had been smoked in and they covered it up with some sort of spray. We requested another room and it didn't have a smoky smell but the air deodorizer they used was overwhelming. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to sprays.

well, I had some unusual experiences with them- the pool is across the street at a different location. The room smelled like cigarettes, and the chair broke as soon as I sat in it. They replaced it pretty quickly though. Also, found out later that night, the AC was leaking water. Had to use the towels to dry it up in middle of night, and got assigned a new room as soon as I called in the morning. I guess I can't really complain because I chose the cheaper motel, but I wish their standards were just slightly higher. The staff was quite helpful and nice.

Minimally acceptable
Parking is great, area is great (nice coffee shop and several nice restaurants in the area) and 1.5 minutes to the highway. The room itself was decent. TV was older so I couldn't plug in my laptop to watch movies on the bigger screen, but beds, bath, kitchenette, 'fridge ... all were in working order and completely satisfactory. Walls are paper thin. Was kept up Saturday night by the drunk guys next door yelling at each other, slamming the door, throwing up for a couple of hours in the toilet, then snoring all night. Worse, they turned out to be long term "guests" so I put up with their disregard for everyone else for 3 nights. Cheap hotel geared for long terms stays = low income temporary workers. You get the picture. I'm sure I won't get drunk temporary laborers next door EVERY time, so I'd stay here again.

Short stay
The value received for this motel was excellent. The walk up to the third floor was the only downside. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.

Extended Stay Brentwood
I checked in about 7 p.m. The first keys I was given did not work in the room door. The clerk switched me to another room. The clerk forgot to give me the code for Wi-Fi access, even though I had paid $4.99 extra for that. So I had to make a third trip to the office to get that code. The room was clean and comfortable.
