Great for extended stays
The entire facaility has been renovated, and the rooms are great. Nice kitchenette with appliances, flat-screen TV, and an easy chair for watching it in. The hotel also has a cupboard with sundries, free washer/dryer, free coffee, video library, and a fitness center. There's alos a gazebo with gas grills for use by the guests. The Suites are located in Maryland Farms, which is a large area of business offices. But, grocery stores and other retail are nearby, plus plenty of dining establishments nearby. It's about 20 minutes to the airport, and about 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. Not close to the attractions, but if you'd like to be in a quiet area, this is nice.

Check out Radnor Lake State Park if you would like to get away from it all. Also, Crockett Park is nice for walking/jogging.

Ditry Hotel
Our first room was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a a giant cigarette. When we asked to switch rooms, the front desk staff was extremely rude, but finally gave us another room after they had to come and inspect it. The second room smelled better, but was really dirty. There was hair in the bathtub and it looked like it had no been mopped at all. There was a brown sticky substance on the floor, like someone had spilled a soft drink and left it there. The pillows and comforter also had gross stains on there. The only nice thing about the hotel was the gym, but not if your room was across the hall from it. People were going in and out of it all night, and the door slammed every time. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

No Sleep
Impossible to sleep in my room. The light underneath the microwave in the kitchen would not turn off, the AC was very noisy, and the fridge was also noisy. I got no sleep

Excellent stay!
This was a very clean and neat hotel. We had never stayed at this hotel chain before and didn't know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and laid out really well. It wasn't the largest suite we had ever stayed in but it was spacious enough for whatever we needed to do in it. This is obviously a business persons hotel as it is in a business district and was a little hard to find so print out your directions and you will have no problems. The pantry store was a nice touch. You fill out a note for whatever you buy and drop it in a box and pay for it when you check out. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

There was not a lot of dining options at this exit so keep that in mind. The suite did have a almost full kitchen (no oven).

Belmont Tennessee
The hotel was clean. the beds were very uncomfortable. the facility had the bare minimum available. glad we were only there 3 nights any longer and we would have changed hotels. don't ask the front desk for directions because you may get VERY lost-example to get to the airport i was told to take 65 to knoxsville exit 215 well it doesn't work that way-guess she was too busy on her phone call to provide me with more details. the shower broke had to change rooms - no maintenance staff on the weekends, ice maker did not work and the entire facility is outdated. don't plan on walking anywhere either. very disappointed as we have stayed at this brand in the past.

Love to travel
Not what I expected
[...]. We had one large room with one television. My husband is a sports fanatic and that is all he watches. That's why the extra television was important. He compromised though.

Clean, Comfy, and Practical
Overall, the hotel was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the size of the room was perfect for business travel. There were lots of amenities with the hotel, such as a food pantry, fitness center, and laundry room. If you need a cart to carry in your luggage, be prepared to deal with one with a warped wheel that is falling all to pieces. If you are traveling alone, you will find it hard to get the cart from the parking lot to the lobby. The doors are not automatics, which makes it hard to keep the door open and push the cart through at the same time. I had the hardest time finding this hotel. Brentwood is a huge business complex area, and this hotel is a good piece off the main road. Be sure to print directions before you go, so that you don't get lost. Once you find the hotel, you realize quickly how nice it is to be free of the noise of traffic and the interstate. The fitness room was small and lack good equipment. However, if you have a gym membership at some of the larger nationwide facilities, you care just about a mile from the larger chains. Overall, it's a great hotel.
