Manager runs bait and switch operation
Manager of this hotel charges what ever he feels like charging on the day of check in or upon checkout no matter what rate you booked at. Very nice hotel if you don't care about the price because it will be a surprise when you get there. As he told my family, "It's a busy weekend." so the rates went up a minimum $40.00 per night from the rate we booked at. Will be disputing the charges through the credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Great Facility -- Sub par Service
This hotel was very new and looked great. The lobby was spotless. The morning breakfest was better than average with hot items included. The problem: we only saw one employee who never greeted me at check in--even after I said hello, he only asked if I was checking in. Our room was new, but you could see the maid service was a wipe down, not a cleaning. We were there two nights , but never got maid service. We had to go to the front desk to get new towels, there was no offer to bring them up to us. This hotel has great potential, but needs a manager who will run it properly.

Awesome place
This is one of the best motels I have ever stayed at. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, huge tv, EXCELLENT value!! Whenever I end up in town again I will most defiantly stay there. A+++++
