not a good stay
i had booked a non smoking room, but it took me nearly 25 minutes to receive a room key. I was told that there were only smoking rooms available. The staff told me that Orbitz made a mistake by saying non smoking rooms would be available. The staff took care of other guest and phone calls and didn't concentrate on checking me in. I will never stay there again.
