Buesiness Stay
The hotel is under a total renovation so everything was under construction. they also had a water main break and flood the first three floors while i was there. this casued the elevators not to work. the room i was in on the 7th floor must have been recently renovated and was very well thought out and comfortable. food was OK but resturant needs a face lift.

Frequent weekend traveler
Convienence was key
Tried to check in at the designated check-in time and the rooms were not cleaned yet and we were told to try back in an hour. When I finally was able to get into my room, there was not anything very special about it, for the price I was expecting a bit more. The only bright spot was that it was convenient since the event I was attending was at the hotel.

Overnight/Meeting The physical space, rooms etc seemed well worn and used though it was clean. It can use a renovation at some point, sooner rather than later. Breakfast wasn't being served by 10am as the kitchen was gearing up for a Mother's Day brunch with a high set price. With a name like "Sioux Falls-City Centre" it built an expectation that was not met. I had to remind myself that this was Sioux Falls SD and not LA, or DC. Next time I will stay in one of the places near the airport.

Pleasant spot for an event
We were at this hotel for a special event, everything went off without a hitch and the hotel offers many places for small groups to gather. Everything seemed very clean and up-to-date except the elevators. With the hotel completely full, waits for the elevators were very long.

A 50/50 Chance
The parking was ample and abundant, which was nice. However, although the desk staff gave us the room keys, she failed to inform us about whether complimentary breakfast, or in-room complimentary internet, was provided. Furthermore, there was some sort of girls tournament going on the night we stayed and because of that, our floor was LOUD from 9pm til 10pm. After 10:10pm, it became quiet for the rest of the night, but that wasn't because of hotel staff but rather parents laying down the law. Overall, good place for a good price, but definitely has its problems, depending on what time you decide to visit.
