We had a wonderful dinner at Bros Brasserie on S. Phillips Ave. , downtown. Reasonable prices for outstanding food.

Looks are deceiving
When we pulled into parking lot, my heart sank. The motel did not look anything like the pictures, it was well warn and landskaping poor. However once we got in it was nice. staff was friendly, room, halls, pool and loby were very clean.

Spent three nights there for a basketball tourney
Very nice for the money. Newly remodeled rooms were nice and something I always appreciate is a venting system in the bathroom and they have that. Very friendly staff that took care of any concerns I had with a SMILE!

Great relaxation!
We have been on the road for the last few days, and were needing a place to crash for night. Guesthouse Inn & Suites proved to be a great place to just chillax and rest our road-weary selves! The staff greeted us when we walked in the door, and everyone we met there was very helpful and thoughtful. The price was great as well -- we will definitely be staying here again!

Really helpful staff!
The staff at this hotel were excellent, very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and it was quiet. The pool is really small and shallow and it needs a hot tub. Also the fitness room was extremely small but had 3 machines.

Pets allowed,
Just traveling through with dogs, had outside door to take them in and out but outside door only worked to go out. Couldn't come in that way so someone had to run through motel to go in room to open outside door. Was too expensive to fix.

I always stay here because of it's location and normally I travel to Sioux Falls with my grandson for the weekend so we enjoy the pool. It's nice and quiet and the rooms are always clean. It isn;t cost prohibitive at all.
