spacious suite
great sitting room with fireplace and a very comfy king size bed...the counter in the bathroom was really low, that is the only low point, pun intended...otherwise, bed was very comfy, room was clean, loved that the bathroom had a nice walk in shower as well as the whirlpool tub!

great place to eat next door, the rollin pin! loved they brought my orange juice out in a pint mason jar. down home feel and excellent food!

Friendly greeting .. We had a couple troubles; the heat off and on, Lacked Water pressure and the floor near the tv made tv shake when u went by. The breakfast was usual continental ; waffles doughnuts toast hard boiled eggs and cereal . Very nice staff Very quiet hotel. After all said very nice stay!

We have come to Sioux Falls each year for about 8 yrs. We found Guesthouse about 4 or 5 years ago & have been coming here ever since. It's nice, clean, continental breakfeast & staff is great.

Room was larger than normal with King size bed, entrances to parking lot and to lobby hall, and had refrigerator and microwave. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Nice size room!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and roomy. Had a microwave and small frig, large desk and the King size bed was very comfortable. I did not wake up with a backache, like I usually do, when I sleep at a hotel. We were able to get a smoking room, which is normally hard to find. So, that made my husband happy. Free internet worked fine for the most part, sometimes got a little slow, but very passable. We would stay here again. The outside does not look that impressive, but it was a nice surprise, when we saw the room. There is a nice affordable restaurant, right beside the hotel, which we walked to. Very convenient to everything we had to do that weekend.
