OK, but dated building
Overall a comfortable stay but hotel needs update and maybe more staff to keep property clean. Weeds growing, cobwebs outside entry doors. Will look for other hotels in same price range next time.

Staying at the Baymont Inn
To be honest, this was one of the worst weekend trip I have had in a long time. When we first got there and checked in, the Hotel clerk was very rude. When we got to the room, we found short hairs in the tub,and had to have the bed spread replaced because it was a bit too much stained. The leather chair used at the desk had a big chunk taken out of it.My wife and I wanted a single room with one bed, but since the one bed was extra, we took the room with 2 beds.The beds were way to small for us to sleep together and to top it off, the beds were very uncomfortabe.Personally, I would not refer this hotel to anybody.

Very Pleasant surprise
I found the service was exceptional, staff always helpful, facility (pool, hot tub, breakfast area) was always neat and clean. The rooms large and beds very comfortable.

Great room for the price
A really great room for the price. Nice bed. Good sized flat-screen TV. Micro and fridge. Wireless internet was very reliable. Very good location. Lots of eateries close by. I would highy recommend this motel

Decent location, poor quality & service
In town for Mom's 85th birthday. I go every year. This was the second worst motel ever! The desk clerk is never there, people have to wait for her to show up. The entry cards didn't work very well, they had to be replaced constantly, which was an ongoing annoyance. The hot tub was too hot to get into. At 104, that is too hot for most people. 101 would be more appropriate. A noisy fan was on all the time in the bathroom, so had to keep door closed to muffle a bit.

West River Traveler
Pleasant
Much better than a slightly pricier hotel a few blocks away and the rooms were beyond just the basics for the price range. The staffer at check out was great and the breakfast was a little better than the average continental. I joined the Wyndham Rewards program which by the way was easy to do and the information was in multiple locations in the hotel and I will definitely be staying there again.

Everything from shopping, movies, dining and easy access to the interstate is right there and I could have walked if I wanted to.

Wonderful place to stay!
Perfect location -- by the Empire Mall, right off the Interstate. Next door to IHOP. Very quiet. Super clean. Heavenly beds. I'll definitely stay there the next time I visit Sioux Falls.

The room was spacious and very clean and modern looking. The breakfast was good, the eating area was clean and kept that way. We enjoyed our stay.
