SWMO traveler
Convenient but noisy
Stayed for 3 nights. Location is convenient to the nearby Empire mall. Room was clean, and housekeeping was good. Nice free breakfast. But overall the facility seemed to be very noisy if you desire a quiet location. When the neighbors took a shower or flushed toilet, it was pretty loud in my room. A lot of slamming doors as well, and had to complain about children running in hallways (at 11 pm)

people at front desk very nice. the tall male guy could use some training in the customer service dept. Every thing else was great. Breakfast was good and workers were very friendly.

There is a huge mall just outside the place...about .5 miles. I enjoyed Food options again at walking distance.

BEST WESTERN Empire Towers-good job
Hello, you guys have no signs how to get into your parking lot from the main road. Breakfast was very good, sausages were hot, eggs omelet especially with paper and ham was great and hot. Just one note your outside doors on east and west side are not locked at night- not good idea, you should have a card reader there. Please fix that before something happens. Overall we were happy,thank you.

Good value
We did not spend much time in the hotel due to our itinerary but it was a nice hotel. Good location with good restaurants near by and close to Augustana College. Would have been nice to have a hot tub for the price we paid. The breakfast had a large selection but the omelets left a lot to be desired and the waffle maker wasn't working correctly. Otherwise good stay overall.
