Rapid City home away from home, just off Interstate 90
One of the newer additions to the Rapid City lodging scene, GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel Rapid City welcomes extended-stay visitors with weekly and monthly rates in addition to standard by-the-night fees. Upset Mom
A real let down
Went out of our way to pay more for a hotel with a pool for my son. They closed the pool before 8pm without any explanation. We were told the pool was open until midnight before we booked and upon check in. I would have paid $50 or $60 less for a hotel without a pool if I would have known. A waste of my money and a very upset little boy.

New building, excellent facilities. Off season so not crowded. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Good pool, jacuzzi and workout room. Nice kitchenette in room, well strocked.

Very friendly
Overall, the hotel was very nice. We were in South Dakota as pure tourists which means we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. On the critical side, their could have been more storage options for a two bedroom unit.

Little out of the way
The hotel was nice. The room was large but I thought a bit pricey for the quality. The pillows were extremely hard. I you like soft feather pillows, bring your own. The pool was small.

nice stay

Great Stay
Rooms were great for families. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, sink, etc. The breakfast was great and there was even a playground and basketball hoop outside.

i like the hotel is very clean, is very nice and quite, great location, good breakfast and friendly stuff,only onething i don't like the carpet it makes look dirty the room is doesn't look with color, ,this hotel is preety new,
