Super 8 Pierre SD

This is my first stay at Super 8 in many years. I found it was right in the middle of fast food row. So if you need a quick bit it was easy. The room size was alittle on the small size but the bathroom was large and the breakfast was very good

We just spent one night, perfect for a place to sleep. Parking was okay, nothing special. Dining close by. Will stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the Super 8 following my tonsillectomy earlier in the day. The room was perfect! Quiet and clean. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room. It was great. I was so miserable and in pain but was kept comfortable in the wonderful bed. THANK YOU, SUPER 8!

My family is always very kind to people and treat them w/ the upmost respect. This is the first time I purchased a motel room online and may be my last. I do not use credit cards unless I have to. I carry enough cash to cover any unexpected expenses. I was only a few hours from home so I figured I would be fine. I did plan on taking my debit card w/ me but left it at home. When I arrived at the motel I was told that I needed a credit card. I apologized and informed that I didn't have one . From that point on the associate became very rude. [...]she gave me the key and didn't acknowledge me from that point on, didn't direct me to my room, say thank you ,nothing! (unfortunately I know that people cause damage to rooms etc but she had no reason to believe that we would, we are calm,do not party, & are very tidy people) There was a friend there to see her. She went to get pillows for another customer and was very rude to him as well. She was rude again later on when my son asked for directions. I tell you this only because I hope that management can figure out which associate she is and can speak to her about her behavior. She was old w/ shoulder length graying hair. The 2 younger ladies that assisted in the morning were kind but the bad experience ruined our stay. I work for my money just like she does and shouldn't feel like she is doing me a favor by giving her my money. We want to go back to Pierre when it is warmer however we will not be staying at the Pierre Super 8. I probably will not buy on line I will wait until I am there to purchase

My Bed was broken and they would not fix it. I was locked in with payment so I had to stay. Very unfriendly staff. I would sleep in the car first next time. + an extra pet fee that was news to me.

It was a great room with all the amenities. It had a refrigerator, micro-wave, coffee-maker, safe, hair-dryer, TV with plenty of channel selections, etc. They were very helpful as well. I checked out and forgot my cellphone in the room. I came back after breakfast and it was at the counter waiting for me.

If you don't need to use an elevator and are not looking for extras like a pool, etc, this is the place. Very Clean, had a desk and chair for working, coffee pot, frig, cable TV, internet. The Mexican restaurant next door was great.

The Super 8 in Pierre, SD. I travel to Pierre a lot (I have stayed in about every hotel there) and this last trip this was the only place available. I was a little worried about staying there at first since it is a less expensive motel I was afraid that is was going to be really dirty, but it was really clean and the rooms were very spacious with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in the room. There was a good Mexican restaurant right next door and a nice continental breakfast. The only two things I could say I didn't care for was one of the ladies at the front desk and the really narrow stair case. There was three other very nice front desk clerks.
