We stayed at this establishment as we passed thru to visit Mount Rushmore. The staff was friendly and was able to make great recommendations on places to eat. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the Jacuzzi and pool.

MT. RUSHMORE AND MORE
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY THE STICKY BUNS AT BREAKFAST. GOOD LOCATION FOR WALKING AND EVEN BETTER TO SEE MT. RUSHMORE AND CRAZY HORSE. WE ALSO DROVE THROUGH CUSTER STATE PARK WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL. EASY PARKING.

Great place to see Mt Rushmore
Nice suite with microwave, refrigerator and sink, and a sitting area. The indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful this time of year, only wished the hot tub to be a little warmer. Keystone is tiny but there is a nice family restaurant next door, and the free hot breakfast had everything we needed. Price was right.

Mt. Rushmore visit
After driving over 12 hours from the Grand Canyon, [...] met us with a smile and great hospitality. The entire staff was friendly and ALWAYS spoke to you when you passed by. They are very professional and courteous. The breakfast provided you with several different choices and there was something for everyone. The cinnamon rolls were awesome.

Mt. Rushmore is about 2 miles away. Crazy Horse is about 10 miles away. The city of Keystone is a wonderful place to visit and shop for souveniers and jewelry. Many of the shops close down in October, but there are other options.

Nice weekend getaway
We arrived 3 hours early, but were allowed to check in early. The room was spotless. The pool and breakfast area were great. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding things like a Catholic church for Saturday mass.

The hotel was in poor condition; the telephone system was broken and our phone rang intermittently all night long. There was no working ice machine anywhere in the hotel. The restrooms near the pool were disgusting. Our room seemed reasonably clean except that the carpet had a large wet spot. There is not enough parking when the hotel is full. When we complained to the front desk about the lack of sleep due to the ringing phone, their response was "well, its happening to everybody". I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.
