Nice motel
Our motel was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. Great location off the beaten path so was quiet. The hot tub was cool, I reported it and the next day is was hot, but not hot enough, and then in the evening is was back to luke warm. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this motel, really disappointing.

Deadwood SD Trip 2009
Overall experience was good. Staff at the motel were friendly but did not go out of their way to provide service. Did offer military and senior discount.

Everything was great!
The Best Western Hickok House in Deadwood, South Dakota is very nice. The lady at the front desk helped us decide to try their cafe the first night in. The food was very good, service excellent, and the price reasonable. We were treated so very nicely!

We were able to walk uptown to the casinos. It was a bit long but were able to catch the trolley back.
