Nice Clean No frills Great Price
Booked hotel online,Room was clean and staff was very helpful. I have been here on an extended stay and dont intend to look for another place. Best weekly rate around.

Motel 6 Walterboro - "Serviceable" Tired
This is a "budget" motel, and it delivered all one could expect for the price. There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was a fridge and microwave. The shower had mildew in it. The a/c was excellent! You could set the temp, and the fan would continue to blow when the a/c temp shut off - that is the best feature of this hotel. There wasn't a lot of noise - because there weren't a lot of travellers staying there. The best I can say about this motel is that it is convenient to I-95 and it is inexpensive for a quick one-night stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, but with a full understanding of the limitations of the property. The bed was quite soft, but I had a good night's sleep there.

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY NICE BUT THE ROOM NEEDED TO BE UP DATED VERY BADLY. STEPPING INTO THE BATHROOM I STEPPED ON THE SILL AND GOT STUCK BY A TACK IN THE RUG BECAUSE IT WAS A MESS THE TACKS WERE COMING THRU. THE ROOMS HEATER DID NOT WORK VERY WELL AND IT WAS 30 DEGREES OUT. IT WILL BE A VERY NICE PLACE WITH SOME WORK DONE ON IT.

filthy stinky motel!!!!
I checked in and went to my room. There was a crazy lady two doors down going in and out ranting and raving to herself about the IRS!! The Carpet was torn. There was filth on the walls and door.It was a non-smoking room and it stunk!! Just because a motel is not fancy does not mean it has to be filthy. I was afraid for my health and safety to stay there. I checked out and did not stay. I lost the money on this but it was well worth getting out to a clean motel. I stayed at the Days Inn for a few dollars more and it was spotless/odorless and I was not afraid to stay there. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL 6 IN WALTERBORO SC!!!!! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TO!
