The hotel was in a convenient area all kinds of stores and restaurants were close. They were very nice to us. gave us a handicap room for my husband that was very convenient. Clean rooms, every thing worked. Clean towels every day. Thank you, will stay again.

Wanted something good for cheap?
The hotel is run down. Some effort has been made to upgrade it. The room had wall paper coming of in several places, sheetrock dust on the floor, break in marks on the bathroom door, and worn furniture, especially the couch with holes in the upholstry. There was no clock and the room smelled strongly of deodorizor. The owner was extremely helpful and offered to let me use another room for work since I needed a faster connection than was in my room. Breakfast was minimal - cereal, weak coffee, cheap pastries and juice drink.

lots of fast food and chain restaurants nearby. Found a wonderful Japanese restaurant in a nearby shopping center and a GREAT coffee house in Sumter.

great value for your money
America's best value inn was comfortable, the cleaning staff were exceptional. The location was excellent and accesible to many options for dining. The facility was easy to find.
