Country Hearth Inn Spartanburg

The room at the Country Hearth Inn was clean, but bathroom needed more update. First morning there, the bottom of tub was so flexible, I had to hang on to safety bar and then the whole floor was wet getting out of shower. They fixed the tub & was better next morning. Restaurant was a joke. They gave ticket for breakfast, I just wanted hot tea to take to my room & he wouldn't let me leave restaurant with cup & didn't have foam cups. Next day they didn't even have tea bags, they ran out morning before. Don't you think if you ran out of something you would make sure you picked some up for the next day??? Lobby & pool area was very poorly lite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or return myself.

I checked in and the staff were efficient but when I was through and asked for someplace to eat, the only option I was given was the hotel restaurant. They didn't even want to hear that I wanted something different then what the restaurant offered. Also when I went to the room it seemed dingy and smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free. The fitness center consisted of 3 treadmills, that's it!!
