Our room was all we had hoped it would be -- comfortable, quiet, and clean. Mother's Day weekend, but the hotel was not overly crowded. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful. The ice machine was not working, so she went and got a bucketful for us from the office freezer. Continental breakfast was more than we expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, large spacious rooms. They even let me check in 3 hours early after driving 12 hours all night.

Room was not very clean. Free breakfast below average (cereal, rolls, very weak juice and coffee). I would expect a little more from this chain. This hotel is in bad need of a face lift.

The staff was courteous and friendly EVERY time I entered or walked past the front desk. There was plenty of room and it was clean. Everything in the room worked and there wasn't a single problem during my stay. Although I've stayed at nicer hotels, this one was fantastic for the price. I was on a tight budget for this stay. I left another hotel to go to this one because the other one was filthy. This was well worth the extra. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was adequate. The WiFi worked perfectly. Value earns this place 4.5 stars from me.

Also fine. The one issue, and this in not unique to this hotel, but, I wish the people servicing the rooms would check to make sure the alarm clock is not set from the last occupant for the next. There was an alarm clock from down the hall that went off at 4 in the morning, and stayed on for over an hour. I know I could check as well, but, it would be a nice touch on behalf of the hotel.

Upon entering, I was taken aback at the truly "country" inspired decor. The hotel staff was courteous and directed me to the self-help luggage carrier. (I was staying a weeek so I had a lot.) My room was rather dim and dingy with even country-themed wreath and plaid curtains. When I opened the curtains to get some light, there was thick over-growth of dense weeds and foliage! Scary! The pillows were nice and soft and I did sleep okay except for the air conditioner was really loud. The shower had really good water pressure so that was great. The breakfast room was neat, clean and stocked with standard breakfast items as well as a waffle-maker. They also kept a coffee service in the lobby which kept me going. So, basically this hotel is a good value because you usually get what you pay for and I was truly on a fixed income.

Overall the place is clean -- even though our table/desk had a few spots of glass markings that was easily removed by us. The small counter over the microwave and refrigerator had a loose trimming. It created an inconvenience! It took them a couple of days to fix it. The breakfast has nothing special to offer.
