Great stay we booked another day

This Hotel, was nice and clean, good location for eating out, Shopping, and golf/putt - putt. Pool areas were real clean, and the Hotel rooms and overall facilites. The staff was in the middle of changing the Hotel to a " Time share ", and we were not notified about what amenties we thought that we were having, all of a sudden weren't happening. (Example, maid service, we had to dump our own trash, needed extra towels had to call front desk several times before we finally received them. Staff said that they would sent a Gift Basket for all our troubles with the changing of the Hotel. Never did see the basket, nor a returned call concerning it. If this is a new switch in staff hopefully it is better than the Hotel had there. With the courtesy that we received, we will not stay there again.

Just in town for one night. Did not use pool (too cold. The room was very clean and furnished nicely. So complaints about the plastic cover on bed,just take it off. Beds were very comfortable. Had the double bed ocean front, eleventh floor. No restaurant on site so bring something to eat. Nice mom and pop restaurant within walking distance. I will stay here again.

Checkin was great, they were very accommodating since I had to make a room change on arrival. Room was very nice - ocean front and the service from the hotel staff was excellent. Everyone that worked there that I ran into seemed to be happy employees even though they just changed ownership to the Wyndham. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. Room was clean and just what I ordered -- Private balcony .

Clean, and lots of extras like washer dryer, frig, dish washer, dishes, stove toaster, blender, micro, etc.

Check-in and out went smoothly and quickly. We received a nice little Welcome Package from the conceirge who was in reality trying to sell time-shares. There was absolutely no pressure from her though, which I thought was very refreshing. Loved the room; it was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. The blow dryer did not work so we called the front desk. Within 5 minutes, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced it. Fast, timely customer service was greatly appreciated. Location was wonderful; very quiet and somewhat away from the hub. Close proximity to grocery store, dining, shops. Loved this place! Will defintely go back.

Very nice place, wanted to stay longer..

Great staff, clean rooms with a beatutiful oceanview and close to everything in North Myrtle Beach.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront room although the rooms were oddly placed like you walked through a bedroom to get to the living area it was manageable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need on vacation, and it was gorgeously done! The balcony was nice the view was worth the money itself! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They pay attention to little things like they always have extra bedding in the rooms plenty of towels. The decor is beautifully done.. Everything matches so nicely and yet its still comfortable. I have stayed at towers before and I just loveee this hotel. The people here are so nice and helpful. The lady "[...]" is so friendly and answered every question I had! You wont regret staying here It so nice and it's always super clean!! Other hotels I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach can't compare to this one. I will be coming back again in March May and July!!!
