Inexpensive, Relaxing and Very enjoyable
I must admit I did not know what to expect when I arrived, but to my surprise very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very professional. I got lost trying to locate the site and called 3801 Hwy 17 South Super 8 North Myrtle Beach/Barefoot Landing Area and this individual directed me to the location. The room was great, the only complaint was the carpet needed to be cleaned!! My daughter wanted to go straight to the pool,which was very clean and relaxing. Also,the beach was only about five minutes from the North Myrtle Beach... We will be back!! Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay at this location..

"Displeased"
Myrtle Beach Trip - July 1st and 2nd 201
[...] The hotel was the "Super 8" hotel, which was "AUWFUL". It Must have been a "ONE" star hotel, but we were led to believe [...] that it had a higher rating. The hotel was "PET" friendly, and we "Specifically" requested a hotel that was "NOT" pet friendly. It was A "Terrible" experience at the 2nd hotel. The "First" night of our stay at the "first" hotel was very satisfactory. "High Quality" hotel. [...]

Fun Getaway!
Super 8 was a good value for the price and location to where we needed. Being next to Huddle House was a negative due to people in parking lot at all hours talking loud. Shower curtain rod was broken loose at wall so floor got really wet due to shower curtain not closing at ends. Staff was really friendly and the free breakfast was adequate and normal.

Babies FIRST Trip
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful in getting us a non-smoking room. the location was great for easy access to all the attractions that we wanted to visit.

Super 8 was great
The staff was extremely helpful and on top of things. Our room was very well maintained. Breakfast was basic continental and cereal but the eating area was kept well stocked and very clean.

If you are going to the Alabama Theater, you can't get much closer..... This Super 8 was perfect - just a few blocks away.

served it's purpose
This hotel location was perfect for the flogging molly concert at the house of blues, five dollar taxi rides fit budget and the rooms were average and pretty clean. Decent continential breakfast each morning. However, in the summer time, this hotel would be terrible; near beach attractions/activities but road too busy to walk on and too far from actual beach

Highway 17 (that hotel is located on) has everything you can think of at Myrtle beach except the beach...if you don't go to the beach at all, it's perfect.
