Great Anniversary Getaway
Staff was excellent, very courteous and helpful at all times! Breakfast bar was very good. The only problem was the bathroom door - it scrubbed the floor and was hard to close! Room was nice, clean, and we loved all the pillows!! The bed was very comfortable which is unusual for a hotel bed!

Mother's Day Trip
Mother/Daughter getaway
Location from downtown Charleston was only 10 miles away, very accessible and easy to find. Check in was pleasant and quick. The clerks were helpful with a map, directions and menu to a great pizza place when we asked about one. The room was like a mini suite. Loved the decor and having small wall divider with desk and couch area separate from bed. The only downside, was the indoor pool could've been warmer. Great experience!

Weekend Getaway
Will stay here again on our next trip. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Love the 12:00 check out time. Breakfast was good, just need more comfortable seating in the breakfast area.

39th Wedding Anniversary Trip
We arrived very late from our flight. The clerk was very helpful in setting up a room for us. She didn't say it was a handicapped room, which we didn't need. We asked the next day if we could move, but we were told the hotel was sold out the entire time we were there so we kept the handicap room. We have dealt with my husband's parents' recent deaths and my elderly parents' needs. We came from TX to SC to get away from the reminders of death and dying. We had junior high kids all around us. They were very noisy late in the night and early morning, including door slamming. They woke us up Sunday morning from their inconsiderate noise. We thought they wouldn't be back for Sat. night, but they were. It was a school event of some sort. Had we known they would be back Sat. night, we would have found a new hotel.

Basic Accomodations
The location is convenient to downtown and the airport with mall shopping near by. The hotel was very busy during my recent stay. This meant that the "free" breakfeast area was filled beyond capacity, as was the indoor pool area, apparently challenging the ability of the staff to keep up with cleaning. My stay was also marred by a fire alarm as 2:00 a.m. that left my family standing outside for 1/2 an hour in the middle of the night. It would have been nice for at least someone on the staff to have acknowledged the inconvenience. As a frequent travel customer, this stay was a disappointment, but also served as a reminder that you get what you pay for.

This hotel is ever so attractive and welcoming. We were there for the Cooper River Bridge Run and they even provided bananas and goodie bags for our run. They had cabs too...at 4:45 A.M.! The rooms were spacious and a wonderful bed. Love it and will stay there again!

Couple celebrating anniversary
Very nice hotel and only about 15 min from downtown. It was clean and had everything we needed. I love the pillows! Staff was always friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a great Fun Park just up the road that would be great for families with kids. It had putt-putt golf, game room, rock climbing, go karts, slides, bumper cars on tracks and one in water, and more.

Doesn't Disappoint
It's in a great location close to many stores and places to eat. The staff was friendly, the hotel overall was clean and nice the rooms were modern and much nicer than others I've seen. Included a fitness center and indoor pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay, it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to others
