Pleased Couple
Very Happy
The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and very helpful with recommendations & a map. Stores close by where you can pick up anything you need. Theatre very close where we took in a movie. We spent most of our time Downtown but didn't consider the drive too far considering the money we saved. Will stay at this hotel again for our next Charleston getaway.

Very Pleased!
After doing a LOT of traveling over the holidays, North Charleston was one of our last stops. We only stayed one night here, but it was the best of our trip! The room was very comfortable and spacious- big enough for our 2 pack-n-plays and then some. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant upon arrival, and the breakfast was really good. I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You never know who is in your room
Although check in was at 3, we check in around 6 or so. At the desk was a guest in front of me and another behind me. There were 2 employees behind the desk, yet 1 wasn't helping the guest. We were checked in then headed to the room only to find someone else was occupying it. So, I went back to the desk and was given another room. Only after I was asked if I had previously made the reservation. Someone had already let my family in the room which I appreciated. When I tried my card/key, it didn't work. They had to let me in. The next day the card didn't work either. I just feel like all we got was an oops my bad. I feel compensation should have been given.

Traveling Chick
Good Location
I truly enjoyed my stay there. I like that fact when it came to shopping and eating that the places were within walking distance. As far as driving to get to downtown and the beach, it only took 10 minutes to get to downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to to the beach. The fact that we were close to the interstate made a big difference.
