Busy weekend, hotel was not ready
The hotel is beautiful and very modern. No complaints with the hotel other than the elevator. Service was horrible. The staff did not have our room ready at 4pm as check in states, it was almost 6pm before we got in our room. We had a concert to attend at 7:30pm, so we were a little rushed.!!! There was only one elevator for the whole hotel that was made up of concert attendees and international soccer players. The wait for the elevator was horrible!!! If I ever stay here again, I will make sure it is not on a weekend.

Great getaway for a group of women shoppers
Rooms and lobby areas need alot of attention. Rms were very comfotable but needs attention.The manager on duty the 1st and 2nd nite was ver accomodating to us to include taking a nite of two of our bill , pls check for that infomation.when a traveler hs to vacum their own rm somthing is wrong. Yes, would recccomend the hotel , but they must chang things about the house keeping staff.pease contact me in regards to my refund on the nite that we were given.

Best in the City!
After spending a night downtown in an old so called 4star hotel for twice the cost, I was happy to drive 15 mins to spend the night at this fashion forward hotel. The only problem I had was when I booked the shuttle to go downtown they didn't inform me that there were only a few times per day, I found out only when I got on the bus.

Excellent Business Trip
Very surprising in a good way! The property was very comfortable and beautiful! The staff was extremeIy helpful. They had that true "Southern Charm" that is a mainstay of Charleston. I can't wait to go back with my family!!!

Southeast visitor
Great experience.
Great location, close to shopping and dining. Not as close to the beach as i would have liked but with easy access to Folly beach and Isle of palms. Room was as described, nice and comfortable. Nice pool area with an inviting setting and an outside chimney! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only con was the noise coming from outside our room (back facing the parking lot) it sounded like a a/c unit or kitchen hood working. Not a deal breaker though, I'll just ask to be on the other side of the hotel next time we visit again. Price was very competitive with the hotels around the area but it is definitely one of the nicest on that price range. Hotels in downtown Charleston are overprice in my opinion.

Fantastic Family Getaway
This hotel has been renovated with a modern flare. I especially enjoyed the beds which had layers of comfort. The bathroom was big and spacious. The only thing I missed was a continental breakfast or even extra coffee in the lobby for guests. They do give you coffee in the room.

This hotel was in a great location, right beside the outlet mall about 10 minutes to market st. and 25 min to folley beach!! The rooms look just like the pictures, the room service was excellent, and the bartender was great!!!! will definately be recommending this hotel to family and friends and will be staying here again.

Crowne Plaze Hotel - Charleston Airport
This was our first trip to this Hotel. As a new build, the hotel offered everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The calm and tranquil de core was a perfect tonic to relax and unwind after a long journey. We used room service, which was on time and hit the spot. I used the fitness suit, which allowed me to top-up my Cardio...Again, the hotel is a must.
