Good. Perhaps the breakfast menu could be changed on some days. We stayed four nights and the "sameness" was a challenge.

We really enjoyed our stay here and found the staff to be warm and gracious and the hotel had a lovely pool which we used daily. This was just what we needed, Even though it is close to the airport, there were only 2 planes that I counted in the 3 night visit. Close to other resturants- within walking distance - and not a bad drive on the Interstate into Charleston downtown area. We were right off I -26 so that was super convenient and also a 10 min. drive to the airport ! Would highly recommend this hotel to others !

The hotel front desk receptionist and the shuttle driver get's very high marks. The receptionist was very knowledgable about places to eat near and far. The location of the hotel is great for getting to the airport and having good places to eat local seafood. The shuttle diriver was friendly and on time. Great place and will stay again when I am in the area.

The indoor pool was TERRIBLE. On arrival it smelled of FISH and I informed the front desk staff who did not seem to care and then that night I called and spoke with that front staff member and he did write a note in the maintenance book to address, but it was still not addressed as of Monday morning, day # 3. I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and the continental breakfast for my family of 10. I suggested closing the pool and renovating and/or closing and using chlorine as directed. The hotel staff were nice and the location was good. The continental breakfast was nicely arranged and stocked and the breakfast staff were very attentive.

This hotel is good for just a one night stay. I stopped here because I was driving down to Orlando. The room is not bad I have no real issues. Room was clean, no BUG... It is close to many restaurants and sight seeings.

This hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly and kind. We were allowed to check in early because we came down during a storm and my husband was not feeling well, so we were given a room early so he could rest. There was a large party in the conference room but even though we were on the first floor we were never disturbed. Will recommend to others.

There were 4 people in our party and arrived in our room to find 3 towels and 2 washcloths. We immediately called customer service to be told that they would check to see if they had any towels and washcloths available. Seriously... you don't have towels and washcloths already available, just in case someone might need one? So, we waited that whole evening and into the next day and had to go down to customer service again to ask for it again. Finally that day we got what we wanted. We also had arrived the day of our stay a little early and tried to see if they could possibly get us in our room a little earlier. But they didn't get us in a minute before our checkin time at 3pm.

I stayed here three nights while in Charleston, and it met my needs well. I didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, so I can't tell you whether it was good or not. But the room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the price was extremely affordable. My only real complaint is that the doors open and shut very loudly - it sounds like they're slamming every time you shut them. This wouldn't have such a big deal, except people were coming and going at all hours of the night because it was St. Patty's Day weekend, so it got a little bit annoying. Other than that, the place was just fine.

Pleasant experience except when I checked out, I was told that my receipt would be e-mailed to me, I have yet to receive it.
