Great views

We booked a short stay. The location on the sand is great with beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good options for food and drink nearby.

Excellent vallet service !

Nice lazy river and pool area ! Poor supervision of children around pool area , lady attendant was scared to say anything to people . Allergic to smoke and they allowed smoking around pools . Rooms were clean but very tight , hard to move around in it . Great access to beach ! ! ! Walking distance to shops and restaurants !

Need improvement

Good location, good size room and friendly and hard working staff...good for the money but .....they have cockroches in the Seaside building and they need to do something more then spraying inside the room! I found a couple on the day before our last night and this almost ruin my vacation. The hotel staff were willing to give us another room and also discount but this doesn't compensate for the miserable feeling that I had lived in those conditions for days without knowing to what my famiy is exposed to.

The staff was very nice

The first room that we had was terrible. It was on the 2nd floor with no elevators and was very noisey. The second night they were able to give us a better room in the next building. The reset of the trip was great and the staff was friendley.

Just for fun

This was a short family getaway . We enjoyed ourselves very much.. The breakers was in a great location and for being on the beach it was very reasonable priced...the bed were not as comfortable as i would have liked but that was my biggest complaint. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would def. stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

The room was a little out dated but who cares when the beach is right in your backyard. We had an ocean front room with balcony, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect to stock up drinks and little snacks to take with you to the beach. There is a mini mart along with Starbucks across the street. Awesome bagel joint on Kings Hwy (right on the corner) And a great burger joint 1 block away! You are only 2 miles away from Broadway on the Beach! Avg cab ride is about $9 each way. Perfect for night of dancing, eating, shopping and people watching. Parrot bar at hotel had really cool bartenders who def hooked it up on a few of our cocktails. Also, the amusement park *Family Kingdom* was fun for all ages. Just 20 blocks away! Had a great time def would visit the Breakers again!

Aversge

The hotel staff was friendly. However I had numerous problems with the card to my room not working and had tor return it 4 times. The shower handle was not working and had to wait for maintenance. Also you have you have to bring your own lounge chair for the beach. Pool needed cleaning.

Screw up

We were suppose to have an ocean room. We booked online and when we checked in we were off the beach. I ended up paying extra to get beach front. That was a surprise I didn't want.
