Super 8 Myrtle Beach/Ocean Blvd.

It was good but it was an older place I felt like it was over priced.. It was very cleaned.. and it was close to everything... the staff was very friendly.. I had to book a smoking room because a non smoking room was not avabile.. when we checked in they let us have a non smoking room for the same price..

My family and I spent a weekend at Myrtle Beach. The room was not worth the price I paid. The room was clean and service was good, but the room was old and had not been updated in decades. The room did not have an iron so I had to wear wrinkle clothes! It was located a short distance from the beach and other activities.

The hotel had stated that it had a full breakfast and only had a super start breakfast and the rooms were not as pictured and neither was the pool

Desk staff was very freindly, but the rest of the staff didnt speak english. Picture in the room had broken glass. Room was dirty. But great location, hotel is 30 walk to the beach.

husband was hard to get along with staying there. He was upset with condition of motel room. It put a damper on our vacation. Sink in bathroom was backing up when we tried to brush our teeth. Mildew in corner of bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. would keep popping open. Bed uncomfortable. Not a good vacation at all. I have no idea what rooms they renovated but it sure wasn't ours. We got the bottom of the barrel. Super disappointed with this Super 8.

I reserved the room months in advance and when i got the the window was busted out! And they covered it with a broad. They didn't even get the window fix. The broad was on the window the hole time i was there. They said they had wireless internet but it didn't work. The tv didnt work. The shower worked but didn't have any hot water. I was there for 3 days and they never once came and cleaned the room. I will never stay there again. People save your money and get a good hotel. Do not i repeat do not stay at this super 8!

We requested a non-smoking room, but[...] booked us a smoking room. The manager was kind enough to give us a non-smoking room, but was originally going to charge us more, as she said it was larger-which it was. However, when we told her we couldn't pay more, she gave us a very poor room. The ceiling started to leak, so they changed us to a larger room that was a bit nicer. The place is old. They tried to make it nice, but it was just passable. We were spending time with family at another hotel, so we only slept there. It seemed fairly clean and the staff was cordial. It was very over-priced for what it offered.

Somewhere to sleep. Not really impressed by the overall appearance nor had it been updated.

The rooms were very old, the walls were dirty, and the furniture was dirty. I had no phone service in my room, the line had been cut. Breakfast was served at 8 am, and they did not replenish the buffet, once the food was out, you did not get anything. We went down for breakfast at 900 am, and there was nothing on the buffet, and when we asked about breakfast the reply was that the food had already been served.
