Never again
I found this place lacking in several areas the bigest was the staff they seemed to not want to be bothered by any guest.the micro coffee pot had no filters and you had to ask the front desk to get them.We were given the wrong size for the pot.As the old addage goes you get what you pay for.

disappointing
I will probably never stay at this hotel again. My room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it had such an overpowering stench to it that it felt like I was sleeping in an ashtray. The toilet and shower were unreliable and difficult to work with. The whole place had a depressing and dingy feel to it. I could go on and on. It basically fell short of my expectations in almost every way.

decent
We stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay on our trip to the beach over Labor Day 2008. We woke up the morning of our first night to an unadvertised water feature in our bathroom (yes the ceiling was leaking.) We alerted the front desk and the attendant had suggested that housekeeping would be by later. We were going to be gone for the day so I requested that we get another room, as this was obviously going to require serious maintenance. The attendant was quick to acknowledge and meet my request. The added benefit of moving rooms was that we got to get away from the nursing home aroma that the first one had brought us (probably from the leaky pipes). The rooms were minimal standards cleaned, as we had old food crumbs in and around the dresser and my friend reported a stain and large hole in her bed sheets and some unidentified matter on the back of the bathroom door. We were surprised to learn that there were not hair dryers in the rooms. The other major let down was the pool. It is very small and green, we didn't allow our kids to swim in it. My friend's son went to look at the pool upon arrival, he looked over the gate, at which point the rod iron gate fell over, causing him to be injured. The problem was reported to maintenance and was resolved by applying a bicycle chain around the supporting beam. The perks were the large fridge and a range top to save money by not eating out and the area is in a convienient location near Wal-mart and several other chains and restaurants but we asked people at the ocean front hotels what they had paid, and discovered that they were only paying 20 dollars more a night than we had. So-in short, if it's a last resort and you are going to be there for at least a week, the hotel might due, but otherwise, do your self a favor and pay the extra 20 dollars a night to stay in a more luxurious, ocean front accomodation.

DIRTY ROOMS
The Hotel is about 2 miles from the Beach...not bad if your only staying one night as we did. The cleanliness on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The worst part was discovering chunks of what appeared to be ground beef tucked neatly under the sheets! I'm not sure of someone was eating in bed the night prior(which would indicate that the sheets were dirty!) or the cleaning crew was having a snack as they cleaned the room. Either way it was a very unpleasant experience. needless to say WE WONT BE BACK!

Nice Hotel
The Extended Stay was okay for the time we stayed there. The room was ok. I liked that it was a lot of space in the room. The location of the hotel was nice because it wasn't far from the beach. The house keeping wasn't that good either. Like I said it was ok for the time we was there.

Much needed repair
The room was not bad for the price. However, the air conditioner broke and would not work and it was extremely hot in the room. When talking to the hotel clerk regarding the air conditioner, the problem was shrugged off. We should've been put in another room or compensated. We paid for a room with an air conditioner. It was really terrible.
