Well-equipped hotel, ideally situated at the Convention Center
Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is located in Myrtle Beach's business district, just a few minutes away from the ocean. It offers a convenient place to stay for anyone attending an event at the Convention Center. The hotel features valet parking, a gift shop, and safety deposit boxes. There is a pool, Jacuzzi, fitness facility, and sunbathing deck. Vidalia's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and has two private dining areas for up to 25 people. The M-Bar serves light meals and cocktails, while Coffee & Cream is open for breakfast and lunch.

Excellent Sheraton stay
It has been a few years since I had the occasion to stay at a Sheraton, but what a pleasant way to recall how much I enjoy Sheraton hotels. The Convention Center Sheraton is first class in every way, and the staff were more than friendly and accomodating. The bedding alone was pure heaven. Truly a cut above most hotels. Food very good with wonderful service. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel. Serious guest room cleanliness. I'm a nurse, so you know I was checking it out! The weather was terrible while I was in Myrtle Beach, but who knew? The pleasant surroundings of the Sheraton made up for the rain and wind.

In Hotel
Starbucks is in the hotel and offered fruit and pastries, also cereal and milk. Cafe seating nearby and great views while one eats. Vidalia's, the restaurant, has good variety and wonder shrimp-corn chowder. Chips are made fresh with each order. What a treat!

was a very nice short vacation nice pool and jacuzzi. the room was ok. but clean. i provably come back some day.

In Bad Need of an Update
Rooms were fairly clean and comfortable although lighting in bathroom and living/sleeping area was terrible- great sheets, mattresses and pillows- staff was friendly and helpful- room service fairly decent for breakfast but Expensive!

Frustrated tarheel mom
Sisters night away
The room was beautiful and the bed was amazingly comffy. The only problem was I paid an additional $15 for an ocean view room only to get there and have a view of buildings, other hotels, and the street. When I called to complain they stated that since I was on the 5th floor i shouldve been able to see the ocean from there. When wells fargo was in my window! They refused to give me the additional $15 fee I was charged back but they did move me to another room and give me a late checkout. The next room i moved to, the view was even worse as I only saw the back part of the hotel and more of the street.

Overnight visit to Myrtle Beach
About 4 blocks from public beach acess. Then another 6 - 8 blocks to the warf and some of the rides. Stores, food, coffee shop, mini golf, etc nearby. Convient location.

Caved in mattress
Paid extra to be upgraded to Club Floor. Plush King size bed would have been nice if the mattress wasn't caved in. Pieces of wood were inserted in attempt to correct. Mattress should have been thrown away. Toilet ran. Food was lacking in Club Room. Evening appetizers were terrible. Service was great. Friendly staff in Lounge and Club Room.

Quick get away
hotel was very nice but the room was very dirty. Curtains had stains and so did the duvet. I liked the location a short walk to beach and Broadway at the beach.
