Clean and Convenient
Location is very convenient to Broadway at the Beach, several attractions, and outlet shopping. This is our fourth visit to this hotel and as usual, it was clean and pleasant. The kitchen design in the newer section is great and very easy to navigate. The guardhouse and cleaning staffs were helpful, cheerful, and appreciative of guests. Ironically, the staff at the "guest desk" interacted as minimally as possible. A warm smile can make a difference, especially for travelers expecting southern hospitality.

Wonderful
This was another great trip to the plantation. The room with view of the pond was awesome and relaxing. On our walk to the recreation area to play tennis I noticed something I didn't before. There were areas to grill your food, outside, on a gas gril. I also took note of a cozy area with a wood fire burning.

Wish I had stayed elsewhere
Small room with mildew everywhere
Room was very small and run down. There was a mildew smell that forced us to wash everything we brought with us, even our child's stuffed animals, when we returned. The room was in bad need of general maintenance. Two slides at the children's area where closed. The room was not ready at check-in. Some of the staff was very nice, but others treated you like they were doing you a favor to help you. I was completely disappointed by our stay and wished we had booked a different hotel. I have never been so happy to check out.

fantastic family getaway
We visited the area to go to the beach, however, the resort was so cozy and entertaining we spent very little time at the beach area

ideal family vacation
it's like a summer house where you stay comfortably with the family. I liked the bath tub in the masterbedroom and the view out from the porch. Location is good, not far from the restaurants and the airport.

VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY
WE HAD AN EXCELLENT TIME AT THIS HOTEL. IT HAD A RESORT FEEL TO IT AND THE AMENITIES WERE EXCELLENT. THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT CHECK OUT WAS SO EARLY! 10AM!
