hotel staff was horrible, not friendly. Rooms were dirty. Pool had a layer of thick greese floating on top. did not swim one time during our stay. hotel rents to 18 year olds...so basically its a party pit, not a good place for a family vacation.....OH, and we also brought home a nasty rash which i just found out from dr. are bed bug bites.....DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

What A Great Place To Stay!
The hotel's location was wonderful. Very close to attractions, airport and many restaurants! Did not need a rental car and taxis were very reasonable. The hotel was clean, the outside pool and lazy river were great! Access to the ocean was right there and the employees were very helpful! The cabana bar was nice to sit and enjoy a drink with the marvelous surroundings! Would suggest visiting Broadway On The Beach and don't miss the fabulous fireworks over the ocean. Will absolutely stay here again the next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Decent room and price (but off season)
We visited from Philly during the winter time when the weather here was in the low 50s.. Overall the place was nice with ocean view room. The staff were friendly and helpful. But they didn't have hair dryer (forgot)..Asked the front desk and they were willing to give it (but you have to ask :-)) Beds were ok for one night (you can feel the springs), but you get what you pay for I guess..

Great Place and restaurant
Nice place for the money! Check internet for deals cause that is where I found mine! Had a cool Tiki bar at the pool that also has virgin drinks for the kids. They have recently updated all of the rooms-new carpet, bedcovers, paint...the works! Doesn't look like online pics, but much nicer! Don't miss the Cafe! BEST PHILLY EVER!! And my kids LOVED the pizza!

Good Place
Sandcastle is a nice place to stay. We have stayed there before. But the week we were there was Senior Graduating week and teenagers will be teenagers. We left early due to the noise in the rooms and the noise at the pool. The tiki bar was not open to enjoy. We were celebarating our anniversary but decided to cut it short.
