South Beach paradise with ocean views
The Myrtle Beach Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach is suitable for singles, couples and families. The resort is just a short distance away from all of the activities that make Myrtle Beach such a special and attractive vacation spot. Over 100 golf courses are located in the area as well as a wide range of water sport venues. There are many excellent restaurants, shopping outlets and amusement parks within a short distance of the resort. Many swimming pools, Jacuzzis, kiddies' pools, the endless river ride, beach activities, whirlpools and seasonal poolside cabanas all tempt guests to extend their vacation. Nighttime activities include dancing at the local nightclubs, and dining at restaurants such as the Sandcastle South Cafe (seasonal), and the Oceans 22 Lounge.

Best of both worlds
Sandcastle was very easy to get to and find. Easy access to everything we wanted to see. Go out one door it was the blvd. and out the other it was peaceful with the ocean breeze and nothing but quiet except for the waves rolling in. Life guards on duty every 100 yards on the beach front during the day.

My review of Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach
This was our first beach trip together and everything was perfect! The hotel was wonderful! A very memorable trip and The Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort helped to make it that way! We definately will recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

Unbelievable service...
Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach was great. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The views of the beach/ocean from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. But if I had to mention one thing that stood out the most, it would be the hotel staff. From check-in staff to housekeeping, the smiles and friendly attitudes were unbeatable. I have traveled quite a bit for business and personal, I have never encountered a more friendly, professional, customer minded group of people. I will be back to Myrtle Beach, and there is no other place I would ever choose over the Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach. Here's hoping more hotels take a look at the wonderful atmosphere you create with service that should be envied.

Everything is nearby, great location; however renting a car is recommeneded if you plan on wanting to get around a bit in Myrtle Beach.

great for a family vacation
The Sandcastle was very nice for a family vacation. The room was just right for two adults and one child. The location was very good. The pool area was very nice and very convenient to the beach.

Comfortable, affordable with great amenities
Our stay at the Sandcastle Resort in Myrtle Beach was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. Our suite was comfortable with an excellent view of the ocean. The pool area was clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and personable. The location was out of the mainstream traffic yet close enough to many main attractions that it took only minutes to get to. We enjoyed our stay very much. Of course, it wasn't long enough. We are already making plans for another long weekend stay at the Sandcastle Resort. We know we could probably find another hotel with cheaper rates, but we know what we're paying for at the Sandcastle Resort and don't mind paying a little more for a comfortable stay.

Many of the clubs and bars were only a few blocks away. We were able to park our car and walk to several different locations to enjoy the variety of nightlife that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Great Value
This a great value and the convenient location is accessable to all the major attractions and dining. The one bedroom efficiency was perfect for two people, the private balcony was great and the kitchen, while small was more than sufficient for our needs. The hotel was very full but we heard no noise from other rooms the entire time we were there.

Good Value
Check in was very easy and covered parking allowed us to park right outside our door even though we were on the 6th floor. Every room is an oceanfront with great views. Like a lot of Myrtle Beach oceanfront hotels, there is no restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay.

very friendly staff in the lounge
The young lady that works in the lounge she deserves a raise. SHe was was friendly and very helpful. She has a kinda heart and a warm soul she made my breakfast in the lounge very good and pleasant. I forgot her name, but a very lonely young lady.
