Great New Years get away.
This was an overnight trip for New Years. It was a great hotel for the price, clean and friendly staff.

"The bad room and all"
The price was right for a holiday weekend! The bad is the whole room was old and outdated and worst of all the kitchen refrigerator did not work and it was very nasty and smelled.

"Unbeatable location for the price"
It was an all around good trip. I wish it wasnt for work but it was nice. There were things I wanted to do so I will probably go back for vaction.

''Really Really Stinky
This place was not the place in the picture on the computer, but a small place next door. Instead of AARP, we were charged $100 deposit, which was cash only. We went to our room and it smelled of wet, mildewed carpet, and it got worse every night. The carpet itself was soaking wet, had to where shoes entire time. Had to put shoulder to front door and balcony door to get open. Told front desk about the smell, but we were told they had a lot of wet carpet. They offered no condolences or solution. Great ocean view, however, we will never stay here again.[...]

Great Stay
This was a wonderful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an ocean front effiecency and it was wonderful! Room was clean. Had great balcony. Older hotel so not everything was nice and new but was a wonderful place to stay and relax. I would def recommend the oceanfront as the "oceanview" are side rooms and you don't really get a good view. Also would try to make sure didn't stay on first three floors as not alot of privacy.

Unbeatable location for the price.
The rooms were excellent based on the price I paid. The only complaint my husband and I had was the odd smell. The staff tried very hard to make our stay enjoyable. They came in to clean the room again after we complained about the smell. The manager said the hotel was flooded at one point which probably caused the smell. The room had a full kitchen and an awesome view!

Amazing fall getaway
Service was great. Room was relatively clean. Pools were clean, but hot tub jets on outside wouldn't work. Inside pool was very tiny. It was close to broadway at the beach and many other great restaurants. We also went to barefoot landing which was nice.

A lot of the stores at Broadway at the beach had coupons to restaurants/attractions in the area that were lot better than the ones in the coupon books.

It was easy to find, speedy check in room was ready even when we arrived 3hrs early so that was a plus. They are close to just about everything so you don't have to worry about transportation.I would definitely stay again.

Great price and great location!!!
This was a nice hotel. It was your average hotel nothing grand but nice and clean. It suited our needs perfectly. We were close enough to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed it immensely.
