great vacation
first time to myrtle beach and it was amazing. The hotel was on a great location right on the beach. besides the hotel being a little dated overall for the money it was a great value!

definitely worth what i paid for
i was right on the beach with lots of pools and close to tons of shops and the breakfast was fantastic definitely will be staying again soon!

Honeymoon 15 years late
The hotel was ok. One tip don't try to check on between 3-5. It waa very busy. After I made it to the registration it took only a few min. The room was not perfect but didn't plan on spending time in it. The ice machine did work and cleaning was not done in the room. They also did not refresh the linens. Overall i would probably visit this hotel again.

Good time Palmetto
I had a great time at the Palmetto Shores. This was my first time in MB, so I only stayed 2 nights. The Palmetto was right in the middle of it all . Great location. Freindly staff, great room.This will be my MB home.

Nice getaway
It was a nice vacation spot for 2. Check in was a bit delayed. Parking is limited especially during the weekends. It's right on the beach, and a short walk to the boardwalk. Right on the beach. Very good breakfast. Staff was friendly, but scarce.

Loved it!
Room was very nice and spacious....clean and had a great view of the ocean...My boyfriend and I loved the lazy river :)

Stay away from this hotel
this hotel is in a great location and house keepers are nice just have bad managers - the only good thing i will say- ... bad things 1: waited in lobby line for over a hr to get a room key that worked 2: room had no ac 3: balcont was filthy 4: had to beg for towels 5: a hour and half to check out a hour and 45 to check in 6: elevators stink 7: very outdated mold on ceiling would not recommend unless just want a place to crash priced right

this place is terrible - waited in lobby for 1 and a half hours to get my room key fixed - waited in line for a hr to check in - Actually checked out a day early because this place stressed me out
