As you walk down the hallway you will pass by your full kitchen into a beautifully decorated living room with dining room which is perfect for evenings where dining in is your choice. Pretty darn good for the price
My wife and I checked in on Feb 10 for a birthday celebration. We had an efficiency room on the 8th floor where the lobby is located. The room was a little outdated but clean and trouble free. We had a great view of the city as well as the beach.All of the appliances and TV (as well as remote) worked just fine. The front desk staff put a little extra effort in to get us in our room a little early and we really appreciated that. The location is great, you can walk to nearby restaurants, bars and some attractions. The boardwalk starts about 3 blocks away. We had nice evening end enjoyed the stay in the Palmetto Shores. We would stay again.

Not the first time we have stayed here. The hotel is dated and could use some work, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Good value at this time of year. Indoor pool & hot tub are nice when the weather is cool out side.

Sticky Finger's at Costal Grand Mall is phenominal!!!!! Some of the best ribs I have ever eaten!!!!

great stay
perfect location , quiet rooms,workout room and dining was available, their lobby area was the best comfortable couches and a large flat screen , I stayed 3 days and it was the best, i definately will return to the resort

You get what you pay for.
The staff were friendly. The advertisement says they have Free Wi-Fi, they don't have Wi-Fi. I was disappointed, becuase I had work to do and I couldn't get anything done. The room was cold and the heat wasn't working properly. I asked to be moved; however when they got in contact with me later that night I was already asleep. Again, the staff was friendly and the location is great. That's the only good thing that I can say about this hotel.

Anniversary Trip
This is the best trip one can have, and the hotel gives you a friendly and nice atmosphere. It also has cooking facilities and the ocean view is spectacular, especially watching the sunrise right from your bed.

Great Deal For the Price
You have to know what to expect for what you pay. The hotel is dated but my room was clean & comfortable and I had a partial ocean view. I could actually hear the surf at night which was nice. Unfortunately, I could also hear pretty much everything else - very thin walls. There's a constant action at the hotel and it is obvious they are making improvements. The pools & tubs were cleaned daily and were open until 11:00pm every night. The location was perfect - about 4 blocks to the Skywheel. My trip included a free breakfast buffet at their cafe across the street. The staff was attentive, super-friendly & the food was tasty. I won't hesitate to book again
